I was looking on the church's website of some stuff for my lesson (I'm trying hard to get better prepared for my lessons lately). I cam across this amazing quote and I just LOVED it:

Yup, we're weird dog people {August 29, 2012}

As sad as I am to admit that, I know its true. I seriously love our little dog. He is so much fun and we feel like he is apart of our family just like a little kid would be. Well, yesterday was his birthday, so in true crazy dog people fashion we had a little party. It was pretty last minute (like as I drove home from work) but it was still fun. Mr. Gator turned 3, and we are so thrilled that we get to spend time with him! My mom and Kate were good sports and came over for some cake and pizza. We love our little Gator licious

More Personal History

Personality:
*What kind of personality do you have?  (Shy, outgoing, calm, stressed, etc.)
I am pretty outgoing, but I can be really shy at times. I don't think I have a very stressed personality, I try to avoid stress. 

*How has your personality changed over the years?  What made it change?
I think I have become more relaxed the older I get. I am not so crazy and loud as I use to be. I am still working on the loud thing though-- I am convinced I just have a louder voice. I am also trying to be more thoughtful... like spend a second or two longer thinking about things before I say them, however I am still a work in progress on that one. I think that is one of the biggest things I don't like about myself, is that I say really dumb things sometimes. It really annoys me. 

*How well do you associate with others?
I feel like I can go either way. Sometimes I work really well wither others, and other times I feel like I get really irritated and frustrated so easily. I think I have a few triggers and once those have been set off, I just have a hard time changing my attitude. I am also working on that.

*What makes you nervous/happy/angry/surprised/scared/etc?
I get nervous in situations where I can't predict the outcome. I also get nervous and anxious when I feel helpless. I love when people are kind, just to be kind. I love when people are thoughtful and considerate of others. I get really angry when people are closed minded or inconsiderate. I also don't like when people put themselves above other people, its so off putting. 

Bowling with the Fam

The kids love to go bowling, they seriously ask to go almost every time they come down. We actually really love it too! Its fun to go and watch them get better and better. We love spending time with these cute kids!

Ms. Staelie was having a hard time getting her ball to go straight-- so she got put on camera duty. Lets just say she did her job well, and loved to "surprise" people with pictures. The last one is Stock and Stae's response when Stockden ran into a semi and rolled it in the race car game! haha

We seem really spoiled right now

My other big excitement (on top of the New York excitement) is our cruise is coming up. For Christmas last year  I gave Sam a cruise to the Western Caribbean- unfortunately (or fortunately) we couldn't get it booked until this fall. I have started to search out what I am going to take with me (like a swim suit and some tanning oil and nothing else). I can't believe its so close, it seemed like just yesterday it was months away. Time goes by so much faster the older I get.. weird.

So Ready For The City

Its a miracle-- seriously. Sam agreed to go to New York with me!! I am SOOO excited I can hardly wait for our trip. I am also excited because I have never been to New York in fall and I think it is going to be so amazing. I seriously have a countdown going until we go!

Who wouldn't want to go enjoy this amazing place??
