When the weather cools down and we can start walking again, all three of us get pretty dang happy. Well, lately we have been getting little glimpses of fall and so we try to take advantage of the cooler days when we can. Gator especially is in heaven when we go walk in the mornings.
I have to laugh at all the things that Hayes does because he sees Gator do them. For example, he loves to put all the balls in his mouth, he barks at other dogs, and he has started eating grass. ( I make him spit it out, but he still tries). Its a little embarrassing, but also kind of funny. Now that Hayes is walking pretty good, he spends a lot of time just walking around the grass exploring the area. This time with my two favorites is priceless, and I think Gator's face says it all, pure contentment.
