Jentrie Lou is now 11! I can't believe how time flies. This year she asked for a Giraffe cake-- and my friend Shannon really delivered again! Things were a little chaotic for Jent's birthday but I did manage to get some pictures of the most adorable cake ever!

I hope she had an awesome birthday! I hope she knows just how much we love her in our family and what a great person she is. Jentrie really has so many amazing qualities. She is so kind and looks out for people that don't always get included. She is super athletic and can literally fix anything. We love having her spunky attitude and adorable smile around. Love you Jentrie Lou!

Staelie is 8!! We had a really busy weekend with Brooke's wedding and Staelie's birthday, but we wouldn't have it any other way. Staelie is such a little sweetheart. She loves animals and decided that she would love to have a puppy cake for her birthday. So, my magic worker friend Shannon helped create a master piece. She was amazing! She also made the cake fade from white to red cake. It was so fun. We had a party at Alyson's house to celebrate. We are so happy Staelie is 8 and we can't wait for her to get baptized. We love you Staelie!

Well since our last blog decided to stop working, I guess its about time for a really big update. Since I never got a chance to post pictures of Brooke's bridal shower I think its about time that happened. So, here they are:

I seriously had the best time throwing this party. I was so happy to do it for such a sweet girl and I seriously cannot wait to throw another party. My favorite things were the center pieces, just simple pink roses in a clear glass vase. They turned out amazing. I also was THRILLED with the cake. My friend Shannon made it. She owns a cakery called the Cake Pan that she runs out of her house and she is one of the most talented people I have ever met in my whole life. What a fun day! (Oh and did you notice the AMAZING weather we ended up with?? Yeah we lucked out for sure!) Here are the details:

Where: At the Gibson Residence

Food: Strawberries, Grapes, oranges, pineapple, cookies, cupcakes, celery, cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, of course cake, and raspberry lemonade. I also made labels for the water bottles.

Take home gift: A small pink or white box with a lemon cake inside
